All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which can be obtained by contacting our Customer Service department.
You may return new, unopened items sold by EverythingOutlet.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Just visit our online RMA Form Request, and we will guide you through the process and even supply you with a return mailing label you can print out.
You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 4 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Please save all packaging and accessories for any item that is returned to EverythingOutlet.com. All original equipment, components, manuals, cables, documents and packaging must be returned with your item in order for EverythingOutlet.com to process your RMA. An item returned for a replacement may be repaired or replaced at EverythingOutlet.com's discretion, unless otherwise required by law. Products with specific refund and return policies and deadlines must be returned within the time periods specified for each item. All items sold through EverythingOutlet.com are subject to our Policy and Agreement. Physically damaged items cannot be returned.
EverythingOutlet.com will accept returns of unopened software as long as the product is returned within 30 days of the purchase date. The software must be in the original condition and must not be damaged in any way. All returns will incur a 7.5% processing/transaction fee* and any shipping/charges will not be refunded. For your consideration, cancellation of orders must be emailed in within 24 hours of order placement. Otherwise, cancellations will incur a 7.5% processing/transaction *

EverythingOutlet.com will not accept returns for Microsoft Windows Operating system software (2000, XP Home, XP Pro). All sales are final. We will only replace defective/damaged discs.
EverythingOutlet.com will not accept returns of software which has been opened unless the software is defective. Defective software will be replaced with the exact same software product. We also will not take the return of OEM software missing Key Codes located on the outside of the shrink wrap. Key Codes are checked on every item before shipment.
EverythingOutlet.com will not accept returns on download or digital software products where customers are provided the licensing information via email to install their products. All sales are final.
EverythingOutlet.com will not accept returns on software licensing or MSDN Universal/Professional/Enterprise. Once software licensing or MSDN Subscriptions are committed to an individual or a company, we are unable to reverse the transaction. MSDN is a timed subscription and not returnable for any reason.
EverythingOutlet.com reserves the right to deny the return of any product we deem tampered with at our discretion.
These return policies are industry standard for all software and media products due to piracy issues.
Our shipping starts at a low price of $4.95. Please place orders before 10 AM (PST) for same day shipping. Orders are shipped Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). Any order placed over the weekend (Saturday-Sunday) will be shipped the following business day.
Overnight Shipping Policy- Orders must be placed before 10 AM (PST) for it to be shipped the same day and for expected delivery on the following business day (Holidays, Weekends excluded). We cannot stress the importance of placing your order into our system before the 10 AM (PST) cut-off time. Otherwise, expect to wait an extra day for delivery.
For example: Orders placed before 10AM PST on a Friday will be shipped out the same day and arrive the following business day (Monday). Otherwise, orders placed after 10AM PST on a Friday will be shipped out the following business day, Monday, and arrive to your destination on Tuesday. Please apply this rule for all weekdays and consider before/after 10AM PST cut-off times.
Regarding International shipping, we currently only offer shipping to the USA, Canada, Great Britain, Australia. We are working very hard to expand our international shipping. Please be patient. Thank you!

CVV2 / CID is a security measure we require for all transactions. Since a CVV2 / CID number is listed on your credit card, but is not stored anywhere, the only way to know the correct CVV2 / CID number for your credit card is to physically have possession of the card itself. All VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards made in America in the past 5 years or so have a CVV2 / CID number.
How to find your CVV2 number:
On a Visa, MasterCard or Discover, please turn your card over and look in the signature strip. You will find (either the entire 16-digit string of your card number, OR just the last 4 digits), followed by a space, followed by a 3-digit number. That 3-digit number is your CVV2 number. (See below)
On American Express Cards, the CID number is a 4-digit number that appears above the end of your card number. (See below)
Visa & MasterCard:
This number is printed on your MasterCard & Visa cards in the signature area of the back of the card. (it is the last 3 digits AFTER the credit card number in the signature area of the card). IF YOU CANNOT READ YOUR CVV2 NUMBER, YOU WILL HAVE TO CONTACT THE ISSUING CREDITOR.
American Express cards show the CID printed above and to the right of the imprinted card number on the front of the card
The security code on a Discover Card is the last 3 digits of signature strip on the back of your card. A Discover card is shown above with the security code highlighted.
Your order is tax free if ordered outside of California. Orders shipped within California are subject to 9.75% sales tax.
