Feel confident when you shop at EverythingOutlet.com. If for any reason that you need to return the product, our "30-Day No Haggle, No Hassle Policy" will
cover that. You don't need to give us a reason and we won't bother asking you for one. Just remember that the product must not be opened and must be returned in its original packaging.
Any return package claiming the "30-Day No Haggle, No Hassle Policy" must abide by the rules listed below:

- Package must be in original sealed condition

We require all customers to fill out our RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form to complete this return transaction.

If you received a product that is not functioning properly, we will be happy to replace the exact item at no cost. You are required to fill out our RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form and we will gladly pay for all shipping charges to replace the defective product. You will, however, need to pay for any shipping charges to return the defective item to us.
Please email us to receive an RMA number. In the email, please include the following information:
- First & Last Name
- Order Number #
- Item Returning
- Reason for returning

What to include on the RMA return package?
Once you are given a valid RMA number, please write this number out clearly on the outside of the packaging. Any incomplete or unauthorized returns is subject to refusal. All customers are responsible for additional damages or loss during return shipment to EverythingOutlet.com. It is highly recommended all return packages sent to us be insured.

What is Serial Key Insurance? (starts at $4.99)
We are able to provide serial key insurance for specific software titles with visible serial key codes. You have the option of purchasing "Serial Key Insurance" for a very low one-time price of $4.99 per item. Products like Microsoft, Adobe, Roxio, etc. come with unique serial key codes to activate and register the product. The chances of losing your serial key and having to reinstall a product is pretty high.
